King of the Eagle
毎年恒例の流氷詣。
風向きで左右される気まぐれな流氷帯は遥か彼方。
流氷帯には出会えなかったけれど、港に残された流氷には餌を求めるオオワシやオジロワシが集まってくる。
折しも空は晴れわたり、国後島から顔を出した太陽が海面に鏡のように映しだされた。
流氷帯が離れていたからこそ味わえる醍醐味。
流氷の上で佇むオジロワシの凛々しいシルエットがまるで王のような風格を醸し出していた。

The whimsical drift ice zone, which depends on the direction of the wind, is far away.
Although I could not meet the drift ice zone, Steller’s sea eagles and white-tailed eagles seeking food gather in the drift ice left in the harbor.
The sky was clear, and the sun that came out of Kunashiri Island was reflected on the surface of the sea like a mirror.
The real thrill of being able to enjoy it because the drift ice belt is far away.
The dignified silhouette of the white-tailed eagle standing on the drift ice created a king-like personality.
